Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have a pricing error, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are in pounds sterling and 17.5% VAT is added. Prices are subject to change at any time, without further notice.

Shipping And Handling We aim to despatch your order right away, subject to availability.

Delivery dates are approximate and Go Fix It Ltd will not be liable for late deliveries. If for any reason delivery of goods will exceed 14 days the customer will be notified and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. Where large items are ordered, or where delivery to a remote area is required, there may be additional charges for delivery and you will be notified of the extra cost where you will have the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable.
We do not currently accept online orders for shipment outside mainland UK. For export outside the UK, please contact us at sales@gofixit.co.uk.
Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch your order right away, subject to availability, and our standard delivery is normally takes 1-4 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank/Christmas Holidays) providing items are in stock.

Orders over £45 are delivered FREE of charge for standard delivery and for orders under £45, delivery charges apply. Items requiring next working day delivery must be placed before 2.00pm (Monday - Thursday) and will be dispatched using "Next Day" service providing items are in stock. Orders placed after 2.00pm (Mon - Thur), or non-working days will be despatched next working day providing items are in stock. For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by 1.00pm Friday.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - Last day for orders to be delivered before Christmas will be Wednesday 20th December 2006. Our normal delivery service will commence Tuesday 2nd January 2006.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK , 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security This on-line store uses World Pay secure server technology, which prevents any data being intercepted by any third party. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If goods are faulty, Go Fix It must be notified within 7 days of receipt by e-mail, letter or fax where a full refund will be given.

Privacy Policy Go Fix It do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy Customers can return goods any time within 30 days of the delivery date where a refund will be given less any cost of delivery. Customers may cancel their order within 7 days after taking receipt of goods. Customers must inform Go Fix It by e-mail or letter/fax within 7 days where a full refund will be given. All Items for return must be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of return will be the customers liability. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
