All prices are in pounds sterling and 20% VAT is added. In the event of a pricing error on the website then Go Fix It will not be obliged to honour any orders placed at that price. In this event you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel your order. Prices are subject to change at any time, without further notice.
Delivery (Mainland UK)
We aim to despatch your order right away, subject to availability, and our standard delivery is normally dispatched within 1-3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank/Christmas Holidays). Orders over £45 (excluding VAT) are delivered FREE of charge for standard delivery and for orders under £45, delivery charges apply. Items requiring next working day delivery must be placed before 2.00pm (Monday - Thursday). Orders placed after 2.00pm (Mon - Thur), or non-working days will be despatched next working day. Delivery dates are approximate and Go Fix It Ltd will not be liable for late deliveries. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item. If for any reason delivery of goods will exceed 14 days the customer will be notified and will have the opportunity to cancel the order. Where large items are ordered, or where delivery to a remote area is required, there may be additional charges for delivery and you will be notified of the extra cost where you will have the option to cancel your order if this is not acceptable. We do not currently accept online orders for shipment outside mainland UK. For export outside the UK, please contact us at sales@gofixit.co.uk.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
This on-line store uses World Pay secure server technology, which prevents any data being intercepted by any third party. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Go Fix It does not disclose customers information to third parties. We do not send any unsolicited e-mails and only request information relevant to placing an order. The information you provide will be used in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy
Customers can return goods any time within 30 days of the delivery date where a refund will be given less any cost of delivery. Customers may cancel their order within 7 days after taking receipt of goods. Customers must inform Go Fix It by e-mail or letter/fax within 7 days where a full refund will be given. All Items for return must be unused and in the original packaging. The cost of return will be the customer's liability. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Go Fix It must be notified of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt by e-mail, letter or fax where a full refund will be given.
ADVERSE WEATHER DELIVERY UPDATE
Whilst the majority of our parcels are being delivered on time, in some parts of the country that are affected by severe snow and ice, this may result in some delays. Also as you will appreciate this is a very busy time of year and this may also result in some delays on parcels being received. We are sorry for this, and we would like to reassure you that all orders are being despatched on time and should reach you soon.
